Product description
The unique flavor profile of this sake is achieved by blending Japanese sake from three Kyoto breweries. This "assemblage" brings together layers of sweetness and dryness, creating a harmonious balance. Upon sipping, the initial refreshing sweetness envelops your palate, while the subtle addition of aged sake sharpens the flavor profile, resulting in a surprisingly crisp and clean finish.

Story
Assemblage Club
Assemblage Club is a Japanese sake developed and produced by Leaf Publications Co., Ltd. and three Kyoto-based sake breweries. Assemblage refers to the traditional wine-making technique of blending raw spirits, a method commonly used in France, Italy, and Spain. Bordeaux wines and Champagne have long been world-renowned for their complex flavors and aromas, which can only be achieved through this combination. It has become clear that Japanese sake, too, can achieve unique flavors through blending, layering flavors and rounding off edges. In addition to the fermentation techniques of the brewer, assemblage techniques can further broaden the flavor profile of Japanese sake. Enjoy the world of assemblage, a miraculous blend that transcends breweries. This sake won a Silver Award in the tasting competition at the Milan Sake Challenge 2024.
