Kamuibarshu Limited Label Kamikoboshi Standard Kisake

A Junmai sake brewed with rice polished down to 60%. It features a subtle ginjo aroma and the natural umami of the rice. This sake has a rich, dry flavor profile. Its refreshing acidity, reminiscent of white wine, and the lingering rice taste are key characteristics.This is the unpasteurized version (namazake) of Shinrei’s base standard sake.

Manga artist Fujiwara Kamui's metaverse project [Fujiwara Kamui Verse] has collaborated with Mizuguchi Sake Brewery in Ehime Prefecture. The collaborative sake, "Kamui Bar Sake (Kamui Barshu)" [Fujiwara Kamui Verse], uses illustrations on the label and is a project that develops and evolves the content together with fans based on the world setting designed by Fujiwara. The concept is "Earth in the dawn of creation, a world where gods and humans coexisted." The setting is the continent of Antiqua. The story is about creating an ideal world together with various gods and the people who worship them.
