Product description
By blending sake from three Kyoto breweries, we have created a two-layered taste of sweet and dry. When you put it in your mouth, the first refreshing sweetness moistens your mouth, and the secret ingredient of aged sake tightens the flavor profile, making it surprisingly refreshing to drink.

Story
Assemblage ClubAssemblage Club is a Japanese sake made by assemblage developed and produced by Leaf Publications Co., Ltd. and three sake breweries in Kyoto. Assemblage refers to the traditional technique of blending raw liquor in wine, and is the mainstream method of production in France, Italy, Spain, etc. Bordeaux wine and Champagne have been representative of the world, both now and in the past, because they have complex flavors and aromas that can only be created by combining. It has become clear that there are flavors that can only be produced by assemblage in Japanese sake, such as layering flavors and rounding corners. In addition to the fermentation technique of the brewer, the assemblage technique can further expand the taste of Japanese sake. A miraculous blend that goes beyond the sake brewery and combines them. Enjoy the world of assemblage. It won the silver award at the tasting judgment of the "Milan Sake Challenge 2024".
