It is made with white wine in mind, and its sweet but refreshing taste goes well with fatty foods. Pairing is recommended with meat dishes such as beef stew, roast duck, meat sauce, and stewed pork.

「兔子芭蕾舞者」是愛媛郡釀酒協會、東京農業大學和愛媛郡產業技術綜合研究所透過產學官合作，使用從愛媛郡的櫻花「櫻姬」（飛燕草）中分離出的四種釀酒酵母中的第3種（Well Balance）釀造的酒。酒名的由來自：該酒於2023年（兔年）釀造，釀酒廠位於“卯之町”（兔子），而宇都宮釀酒廠的理念是“釀造可以享受的酒”，因此以“樂趣→舞蹈→芭蕾舞者”為主題命名。
