Kozaemon Junmai Ginjo Hidahomare

Crafted entirely with Hidahomare, a locally grown sake rice from Mizunami City, cultivated using sustainable methods that reduce CO2 emissions and employ original organic fertilizers developed collaboratively by farmers and the brewery. This sake is a reflection of the region’s unique terroir and natural beauty. It offers a crisp, clean taste, making it enjoyable both chilled and warmed. Pairs excellently with seafood.

這家酒廠創立於320多年前，早在江戶時代（元祿時期，1702年）──江戶文化鼎盛時期──就開始釀造清酒。蜿蜒流經小鎮的土岐川流域，經過防洪和圍墾，形成了水波蕩漾的美麗鄉村風光，小鎮也因此得名“水浪鎮”，取自瑞穗海浪的壯麗景色。酒廠所在的岐阜縣美濃地區東部，是陶瓷和林業的繁榮之地，擁有約2000萬年歷史的土壤。酒廠利用這片富饒自然環境孕育的軟水釀造清酒，深受世界各地人們的喜愛。
