瑞浪酒造建於320多年前，始於江戶文化鼎盛時期的元祿時代（1702年）。蜿蜒流經鎮上的土岐川流域進行了防洪和填海工程，形成了水波蕩漾的美麗田園，瑞浪鎮也因瑞穗美麗的波浪而得名。酒造所在地岐阜縣美濃東部地區是陶瓷和林業的繁榮之地，土壤擁有約2000萬年的悠久歷史。酒造的清酒利用了這片富饒自然環境孕育的軟水，深受世界各地人們的喜愛。
