Ryusei Kurolable Jummai Daiginjo

"A standard Junmai Daiginjo representing Ryusei, which inherits the DNA of the founding brand “Ryusei”. This Junmai Daiginjo-shu is made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki, and has a moderate ginjo aroma like a ripe banana, with a good balance of rice flavor, sweetness, and acidity. It has a profound flavor and can be enjoyed on its own or with a meal to show its true value. It is recommended as an aperitif, but is best enjoyed with a meal.

多年來備受喜愛的經典流星酒。其創始品牌流星以「龍酒」之名備受喜愛，「龍」寓意自然之力，「酒」則意為酒。戰前戰後的動亂時期，流星一度銷聲匿跡，但於1976年由第五代掌門人藤井義文藝復興復興。 Classics酒繼承了在普通酒盛行時期復興的酒的DNA，並採用純米釀造，以提升品質。這一系列「餐前酒」擁有懷舊的經典口味，充分展現了米的美味，讓人彷彿回到了前所未有的純米酒熱潮時期。
