Daiginjo Tojinohomare

This luxurious sake is crafted by selecting only the most aromatic portion of the Daiginjo mash and gently pressing it without applying any pressure, using time and care. It offers a rich, melon-like aroma reminiscent of the fermenting mash. The palate is soft and smooth. Best enjoyed well-chilled in a wine glass to fully appreciate its fragrance.

這家清酒釀酒廠位於佐賀縣嬉野溫泉度假區。井出酒造由井出義郎於1868年創立。酒廠取名為「虎之子」（Toranoko），寓意「如同老虎對幼崽的深切關愛，我們希望我們的清酒能夠長久地被人們珍視和享用，並像奔跑千里的老虎一樣，名揚四海」。由於酒廠位於嬉野，目前所有釀酒師都是茶農，在不釀酒的時候種植嬉野茶。他們採用傳統的冷泡法，珍惜手工技藝，一絲不苟地釀造清酒。
