Hidanokarakan Tokubetsu Honjozo

Hidano Kankan Special Honjozo won the highest gold medal in the National Heated Sake Contest 2024 in the value priced hot sake category. It was highly acclaimed for its mature aroma with hints of sourness, fullness, umami, good maturity, and balance. It is designed to be enjoyed warmed, but can also be enjoyed at room temperature. Enjoy it with simmered dishes and grilled fish.
