Story
Gold and silver flower [Gold and silver flower brewery]
Kin Gin Hana Sake Brewery is a sake brewery that produces sake mainly for women. We aim to make sake that everyone, including women, will enjoy. Our goal is to spread happiness through sake and make Japanese women more attractive. The name "Kin Gin Hana" comes from the ancient poem "Banzairaku," which describes the interweaving of gold and silver jewels in the human world as the height of auspicious and delicious things, and "gold, silver, flowers" were used as a blessing for good fortune and health. We put the hopes of our ancestors into the name of our sake and carefully brew our sake in Ichinomiya, the birthplace of sake.
