Product description
This luxurious sake is crafted by selecting only the most aromatic portion of the Daiginjo mash and gently pressing it without applying any pressure, using time and care. It offers a rich, melon-like aroma reminiscent of the fermenting mash. The palate is soft and smooth. Best enjoyed well-chilled in a wine glass to fully appreciate its fragrance.

Story
Toranoko [Ide Brewery]
This sake brewery is located in the Ureshino Onsen hot spring resort area of Saga Prefecture. Ide Sake Brewery was founded in 1868 by Ide Yoshiro. The name "Toranoko" (Tiger Cub) was chosen with the wish that "like a tiger's deep affection for its cub, we want our sake to be enjoyed for a long time with the same care and affection, and that its name will resonate far and wide, like a tiger that can run for thousands of miles." Due to the location in Ureshino, all of the current brewery workers are also tea farmers who grow Ureshino tea when not brewing sake. They use the traditional cold brewing method and cherish handmade methods, approaching sake making with care and attention.
