Product description
This luxurious sake is crafted by selecting only the most aromatic portion of the Daiginjo mash and gently pressing it without applying any pressure, using time and care. It offers a rich, melon-like aroma reminiscent of the fermenting mash. The palate is soft and smooth. Best enjoyed well-chilled in a wine glass to fully appreciate its fragrance.

Story
Toranoko [Ide Brewery]
This sake brewery is located in the hot spring town of Ureshino in Saga Prefecture. Ide Sake Brewery was founded in 1868, and sake brewing began under Ide Yoshitaro. The sake was named "Toranoko" (Tiger's Child) with the hope that "a tiger has deep compassion for its cubs. We hope that our sake will be enjoyed for a long time, with the same compassion as a tiger's cub. And that our name will resonate far and wide, like a tiger that runs a thousand miles." Due to the nature of the Ureshino region, all of the current brewery staff are tea farmers who grow Ureshino tea outside of the sake brewing season. They use traditional winter brewing methods, and they approach sake brewing with care, cherishing the handmade method.
