Lilikoi Ginjo Sake

Made with passion fruit (known as Lilikoi in Hawaiian) harvested on the Big Island of Hawaii, added at the end of fermentation to create a tropical sake reminiscent of the Hawaiian islands.

Hawaii and Japan share the commonality of being islands. Like the beautiful rainbow that spans Hawaii, we aim to create sake that will serve as a bridge between the two islands. We combine the finest sake brewing techniques cultivated in Japan with the pure water and many local specialties nurtured by the natural beauty of Hawaii to offer a unique local sake.
