Lilikoi Ginjo Sake

Made with passion fruit (known as Lilikoi in Hawaiian) harvested on the Big Island of Hawaii, added at the end of fermentation to create a tropical sake reminiscent of the Hawaiian islands.

Hawaii and Japan share one thing in common: they are both islands. Like the beautiful rainbows that stretch across Hawaii, we aim to create a sake that serves as a bridge between these two islands. We combine the finest sake-making techniques cultivated in Japan with the pure water nurtured by Hawaii's abundant nature and many local specialties to offer a unique local sake.
