Product description
Kona coffee was carefully cultivated by Japanese settlers in Hawaii during the Meiji period, and has since become a world-famous coffee. The coffee beans grown by a Japanese grandfather are completely pesticide-free, hand-picked, and slowly roasted in a handmade roaster, resulting in an elegant and refined flavor. These world-class coffee beans are put into alcohol to create a coffee liquor. Kona coffee is characterized by its low acidity, low bitterness, and strong aroma, and its rich flavor matches that image.

Story
Islander【Islander Sake Brewery Hawaii】
Hawaii and Japan share one thing in common: they are both islands. Like the beautiful rainbows that stretch across Hawaii, we aim to create a sake that serves as a bridge between these two islands. We combine the finest sake-making techniques cultivated in Japan with the pure water nurtured by Hawaii's abundant nature and many local specialties to offer a unique local sake. Hawaii x Japan: Towards a new stage.
