【浪乃音　純米大吟醸　生酒】浪乃音らしい上品な甘味と優しい口当たり、香り控えめな飲みやすいお酒です。（日本酒度+2、酸度1.6、飲み方：花冷え（10℃前後））【春乃峰　純米大吟醸　生酒】甘みを含んだほのかな香りとスッキリ感の中に酸味の効いた飲み飽きしない味わい。（日本酒度+6、酸度1.8、アミノ酸1.3、飲み方：雪冷え（5℃前後））飲み比べやアッサンブラージュを楽しめる2本セットです。

Shiga Prefecture's Naminone Brewery and Tanaka Brewery. Both breweries, located across Lake Biwa from each other, were founded on February 6th, 1970! Sharing the same age and birthday, these two brewers joined forces to release a limited-edition collaboration sake in April 2024. On February 6th, their respective 54th birthdays, they brewed Junmai Daiginjo simultaneously at each brewery using the same rice variety (Yamada Nishiki) and the same yeast (1401 yeast). Under identical conditions, the only differences were the water and the skill of the toji (master brewer)! This two-bottle set allows you to compare the sakes from both breweries.
