Product description
Brewed using Yamadanishiki rice polished to 40%, this daiginjo is refined by the traditional bag-hanging method. It offers a clean and light body with a fruity apple-like aroma that follows, leaving a happy lingering finish. Pairs excellently with light dishes such as white fish sashimi or kamaboko.

Story
Ruri [Takemura Sake Brewery]
The company was founded in Ibaraki Prefecture in 1753 by an Omi merchant originally from Shiga Prefecture. Ruri is the newest brand, launched in 1991, and is a sake carefully brewed with the brewer's attention to detail. By pressing the sake using a bag-hanging method and minimizing filtration, you can enjoy the fruity aroma and umami even more.
