Story
Ruri [Takemura Sake Brewery]
The company was founded in Ibaraki Prefecture in 1753 by an Omi merchant originally from Shiga Prefecture. Ruri is the newest brand, launched in 1991, and is a sake brewed with great care and attention to detail. By squeezing the sake using a hanging bag method and keeping filtration to a minimum, you can enjoy the fruity aroma and flavor even more.
