Product description
Made from specially cultivated Gohyakumangoku rice, polished to 55%, and brewed with Ibaraki yeast (Hitachi Nishiki). The moment you sip it, a floral aroma bursts forth, followed by a clean, sharp finish. Ideal as a sake with meals or as an aperitif, and pairs well with fish dishes, tempura, or hotpot. Best enjoyed at room temperature or slightly chilled.

Ruri [Takemura Sake Brewery]
Founded in 1753 in Ibaraki Prefecture by a merchant from Omi, Shiga Prefecture, Ruri is our newest brand, established in 1991. It is a sake brewed with great care and attention to the brewer's dedication. By using the bag-pressing method and minimizing filtration, you can enjoy the fruity aroma and rich flavor to the fullest.
