Story
Kitsune [Kasen Sake Brewery]A sake of joy and gratitude is born! Kitsune is a new brand born from Kasen Sake Brewery in April 2022 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tsuwano Taikodani Inari Shrine is one of the five major Inari shrines in Japan. Foxes have been worshiped since ancient times as messengers of Uka no Mitama no Kami (the god of bountiful harvests), the main deity of Inari Shrine. The character Kitsune (kitsune) contains the idea of "adding glory to the 290-year history of our brewery and the many people who have lost their lives." A delicious sake that feels like it has been tricked by a fox. It is the sake of Kasen's new journey.
