㐂津禰　純米酒〜紅狐

麹の造り方や配合の変化により造り上げられた純米酒。麹の力により十分に引き出された米の風味と絶妙な旨味がクセになります。淡麗辛口ですっきりした味わいは料理の特徴を引きだします。燗にしたときに立ち上がるフワッとした米の香りと後に残る軽やかな酸味が食欲をそそります。冷や・燗のどちらでもお楽しみいただけます。

A sake of joy and gratitude is born! Kitsune is a new brand born from Kasen Sake Brewery in April 2022 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Tsuwano Taikodani Inari Shrine is one of the five major Inari shrines in Japan. Foxes have been worshiped since ancient times as messengers of Uka no Mitama no Kami (the god of bountiful harvests), the main deity of Inari Shrine. The character Kitsune (kitsune) contains the idea of "adding glory to the 290-year history of our brewery and the many people who have lost their lives." A delicious sake that feels like it has been tricked by a fox. It is the sake of Kasen's new journey.
