Story
Bocho Tsuru [Yamagata Main Branch]
A small sake brewery in the Setouchi region. Founded in 1875 (Meiji 8), the original brand was Bochotsuru. Bochotsuru has been beautifully reborn thanks to rice from Yamaguchi Prefecture, grown in the rich climate of the Setouchi region, a commitment to traditional techniques, and the fresh sensibility of the master brewer. The logo, modeled after a hooded crane, embodies gratitude to nature. The Bochotsuru series is all about pure rice sake.
